Jimmy Sibert

Jimmy Sibert is an experienced civil engineer specializing in water and wastewater transmission and utilities. Currently serving as an Associate at Freese and Nichols since September 2023, Jimmy manages projects related to water and wastewater systems. Previous roles include Project Manager for the City of Plano from April 2022 to March 2023 and Assistant Director of Public Works for the City of Irving from January 2015 to April 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing water utilities staff and managing various facility improvement projects. Prior experience also includes serving as a CIP Engineer for the City of Mesquite and a Project Manager at Freese and Nichols from June 2006 to December 2013, focusing on the design and construction of pump stations and water transmission pipelines. Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, earned in 2006.
