Muna Mitchell

Muna Mitchell, P.E., currently serves as a Bridge Services Senior Advisor and Associate at Freese and Nichols, specializing as a national technical expert in bridge designs across the mobility spectrum. Previously, Muna held the position of Managing Director/Bridge Engineering at Walter P Moore, where responsibilities included coordinating engineering tasks and engaging in business development for transportation engineering projects. Muna's extensive experience also encompasses roles such as Manager of Civil Engineering at Lower Colorado River Authority, Senior Engineer at PBS&J, and Engineer at the Texas Department of Transportation. Muna holds a Master of Arts in Human Dimensions of Organizations from The University of Texas at Austin, an MSCE in Structural Engineering from the University of Houston, and a BS in Civil Engineering along with a BA in Plan II Honors Program from The University of Texas at Austin.
