Tim Sansone began their work experience as a Land Development Designer at Jones & Carter - Houston in 2007. Tim was responsible for designing residential and commercial real estate projects, focusing on the transformation of urban land areas into housing divisions. Their tasks included designing roadways, lift stations, water wells, and water line construction. Tim utilized AutoCAD to create site planning in 3D layouts and compared existing topography to design specifications.

In 2008, Tim Sansone worked as a Construction Engineer Intern at Parsons. Tim organized a process to create national accounts with suppliers, saving thousands of dollars each year by removing the middle man distributor. Tim also played a role in ensuring 100% safe site construction as a lead engineer for various site projects, including the design, material selection, and construction oversight of Keystone retaining walls. Tim collected inventory and arranged shipments of $250,000 worth of materials and was involved in determining quantities and initial procurement for the Mololani Military Housing Project, a $83 million project consisting of over 750 housing units.

Finally, Tim Sansone joined Freese & Nichols in 2009 as a Transportation/Infrastructure Engineer. Tim was involved in the design of $65 million signature bridges in the Trinity River Vision Riverwalk. Tim contributed to significant cost savings for the city by incorporating steeper slopes, a shallower bridge deck, and creative solutions to minimize land acquisitions.

Tim Sansone attended Texas Tech University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
