Victor Vasquez

Victor Vasquez has over 25 years of experience in water resources design, currently serving as Principal and Vice President as well as Group Manager at Freese and Nichols since January 1998. Prior roles at the same company included Associate and Project Engineer, both focused on water resources design. Victor's career began with a Student Internship at the Panama Canal Authority in 1996. Educationally, Victor holds a Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, both from The University of Texas at Austin.
