Wendy Martin

Wendy Martin, PE, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in construction management and project leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer in Construction Management at Freese and Nichols since September 2023, Wendy previously held leadership roles including Vice President and Senior Project Manager at Southwind Construction Services, LLC for nearly thirteen years. Additionally, Wendy contributed as Program Manager at ASSET Group, Inc., Owner at MapleRock Development, and Construction Manager at Triad Design Group. Early career experience includes roles as Quality Control Engineer at DUIT Construction Company, Inc. and Project Manager at the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
