Amber Master

Amber Master has extensive experience in people operations and business management, currently serving as Director of People Operations at Freestar since July 2021, previously holding positions as Senior People Operations Manager and People Operations Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Director and Manager at The Neriah Group, and Manager at The Grove, where Amber oversaw comprehensive business operations for an independent coffee concept. Additional experience includes managing a Starbucks location as Store Manager and serving as General Manager for Compass Group's food service operations, along with a progressive career at Sodexo where Amber advanced from Barista to Operations Manager. Education was attained at Arizona State University.
