Miranda Hawkins

Miranda Hawkins has extensive experience in product operations and customer success, currently serving as Product Operations Manager at Freestar since December 2020, where responsibilities include managing product operations processes and streamlining development and training. Previous roles at Freestar include Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager, where Miranda was recognized with a Company Value Award in February 2021. Prior to Freestar, Miranda held positions at Washington Policy Center, focusing on program direction and membership engagement, as well as a marketing internship with We Believe We Vote. Miranda's early career included a role as a 4-Star Spa and Salon Sales Agent at The Davenport Hotels. Miranda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Moody Bible Institute, where achievements included winning the 2017 Homiletic Jury and serving as a speaker for the Schweitzer Mountain Chapel.
