Larry J. Clark

Larry J. Clark, LEED AP, serves as Project Executive and Director of Pre-Construction at Freestate Electric since October 2022, bringing extensive experience in electrical construction and project management. Prior roles at Freestate Electric included Project Executive and Pre-Construction Manager, with a tenure spanning over 17 years. Previous experience includes serving as Project Executive at Fischbach and Moore Electric from 2000 to 2004. Larry holds multiple instructor certificates, including from the NJATC National Training Institute for Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Training and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, focusing on apprenticeship instruction. Additional educational pursuits include ongoing studies in Drafting Technologies at Prince Georges Community College and completion of an Electrical Apprenticeship at JATC, IBEW Local Union #26.
