Camille S. is a highly experienced educator currently serving as the Director of the Writing and Humanities Program at the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine, a position held since July 2024. Camille also instructs Spanish and English at Freestyle Languages and French at the Penobscot Bay Language School. Additional roles include adjunct faculty and various instructional and coordination positions at the University of Iowa since August 2017, as well as self-employed private tutoring since August 2013. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director at the Iowa Youth Writing Project and a Translator at the Iowa Legal Clinic. Camille holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and a Master of Arts in French and Francophone World Studies from the University of Iowa.
