Vicky Chao

Vicky Chao has a diverse range of work experience in motion design, video editing, and production. Vicky started their career as a New Media and Communications Intern at the Children's Defense Fund in 2010. In 2011, they joined FleishmanHillard as a Video Editor and Producer, where they worked until 2016. Vicky then worked as a Motion Designer and Video Editor at an undisclosed company from 2016 to 2018. Since 2018, Vicky has held the role of Motion Design Director and Video Editor at Freethink.

Vicky Chao completed their high school education at Oakton High School from 2001 to 2006. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in English, Literary and Cultural Studies with a Concentration in Film at William & Mary from 2006 to 2010. In January 2021, they obtained a certification in Introduction to 3D Animation (Cinema 4D Basecamp) from the School of Motion.
