Caroline Wofinden

Caroline Wofinden is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the housing sector. Currently serving as a Director (non-member Partner) at Freeths LLP since January 2003, Caroline leads the New Build & Social Housing Sales team, providing expert guidance to national, regional, and local house-building developers, as well as social housing providers. Prior to this role, Caroline worked as a Senior Associate Lawyer, also at Freeths LLP, where responsibilities included representing various developers in the sale of new build properties. Caroline's career commenced at Ashton Bond Gigg from January 1998 to December 2002 as a Solicitor, focusing on plot sales for a major housing developer and managing commercial litigation and property issues. Caroline holds a 2.1 LLB Hons degree in Law from the University of Staffordshire (1992-1996) and attended Ockbrook Girls School and RJ Grey Junior High School in Massachusetts.
