Deborah Harvey is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Partner at Freeths since February 2024, Deborah previously held various positions at Osborne Clarke from September 2014 to February 2024, including Partner (Energy), Associate Director and Co-Head of Energy Innovation, and Senior Associate. Prior to that, Deborah worked as Legal Counsel at ENGIE – UK & Ireland from July 2010 to September 2014 and at Capita Employee Benefits from September 2009 to July 2010. Deborah began the legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Walker Morris from August 2007 to September 2009, which included a four-month secondment to ENGIE. Deborah's academic background includes completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in 2007 and earning an LLB in Law from the University of Leeds in 2006.
