Elysha Gill

Elysha Gill is currently a Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Freeths, where Elysha works closely with their line manager and the head of D&I to deliver the firm's D&I strategy. Prior to this role, Elysha gained experience as a Retail Assistant and BIG Representative at Marks and Spencer, a Diversity and Inclusion Researcher at Novus Property Solutions, and an International Student Ambassador at Lancaster University. Elysha also has experience as an Assistant Editor at CAKE Magazine and a Shop Assistant at Argos. Elysha holds a Research Masters in Gender and Culture from The University of Edinburgh, a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Lancaster University, and completed their A-levels at Runshaw College.
