Jacqueline Gretton MCICM (Grad) has extensive experience in credit control and debt recovery, currently serving as Key Accounts and Legal Coordinator at Freeths LLP since April 2006, with additional responsibilities as Team Leader for Client Collections. Previous roles include leadership positions at East Midlands Branch of the Institute of Credit Management from 2009 to 2012 and a team leader role at Legal Recoveries & Collections Ltd from 2001 to 2006. Early career roles involved debt recovery at Eversheds LLP and NTL Telecommunications, as well as credit control at Warners UK Limited. Jacqueline Gretton holds a Diploma from the Institute of Credit Management and has foundational education from Middleton Primary School and Margaret Glenn Bott.
