Joe Lythgoe

Joe Lythgoe is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Director at Freeths since October 2025. Prior to this role, Joe held positions as Legal Director and Senior Associate at Lewis Silkin between January 2019 and September 2025. Joe's earlier career includes experience as a Trainee Solicitor and Corporate Legal Executive at all3media from April 2014 to December 2018, as well as a Trainee Solicitor Secondee at both Lewis Silkin and Reed Smith LLP in 2018 and 2017, respectively. Joe began in the legal field as an Administrative Officer and Assistant at the UK Ministry of Justice from July 2013 to March 2014. Joe's educational background includes a Law Practice Course and a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University and a Bachelor of Science in Experimental Psychology from the University of Bristol. Joe completed 6 A-levels at Bacup and Rawtenstall Grammar School.
