Pam Kaur

Pam Kaur serves as the Early Careers Manager at Freeths LLP since August 2021, where responsibilities include leading the early careers strategy focused on branding, attraction, and recruitment for graduate programs, apprenticeships, and work experience. Prior to this role, Pam was Co-Chair of the EY Sikh Community in early 2021 and contributed to EY from April 2016 to August 2021 as the Student Attraction, Recruitment, and Employer Brand lead, managing student recruitment activities and strategies for BAME student engagement. Pam's early career included a position as a Clinical and Regulatory Affairs Recruitment Specialist at Paramount Recruitment, as well as roles at Eurofins Group. Pam holds a Master of Science in Toxicology and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Birmingham.
