Tom Holden

Tom Holden is a legal professional with extensive experience in dispute resolution, currently serving as a Director and Managing Associate at Freeths since September 2013. Tom oversees a wide range of legal disputes, including commercial contracts, shareholder/director disputes, and insolvency issues, while focusing on risk management and settlement strategies. Prior roles at Freeths include Senior Associate and Associate, where Tom conducted litigation and advised on various legal matters. Tom began legal training at Freeths, progressing through multiple specializations in litigation and corporate law. Prior to a legal career, Tom was a teacher at Total Literacy Singapore, delivering English language courses to children. Tom holds a Master of Arts in Metaphysics from the University of Nottingham and completed a Legal Practice Course and Graduate Diploma in Law at Nottingham Trent University.
