Tristan Duncan

Tristan Duncan is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a CEDR Accredited Mediator at CEDR since November 2017 and as a Lawyer at Freeths LLP since October 2017. With a strong background in law, Tristan held the position of Partner at MLP Law Ltd. from November 2013 to August 2017 and served as Associate Partner at EOS Law LLP from September 2012 to October 2013. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate at Squire Patton Boggs and a Solicitor at Aaron & Partners LLP, alongside earlier work as a Trainee Solicitor at Elliotts Solicitors. Tristan holds a BA (Hons) in History from Lancaster University and completed CPE and LPC at The College of Law Chester.
