Davide Fioranelli

Davide Fioranelli is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Freetrade since January 2025, Fioranelli is also the Founder and CEO of Lumen Ventures, a position held since January 2020. Previously, Fioranelli co-founded and served as Director at Freetrade from December 2015 to March 2021. Earlier roles include working in Corporate Finance focused on Fintech M&A at KPMG UK from January 2014 to December 2015, and in Corporate Finance focusing on Financial Services M&A at KPMG Italy from December 2011 to January 2014. Fioranelli holds dual MSc degrees in International Finance from Luiss Guido Carli University and International Management from Fudan University, both earned between January 2010 and January 2012.
