Mahmoud Sherif

Mahmoud Sherif has a diverse background in product management and operations, currently serving in a product role at Freetrade since May 2024. Prior to this, Mahmoud held multiple positions at Alpaca from November 2020 to December 2023, including Group Product Manager - Growth and Product Operations, Principal Product Manager, and Product Manager. Mahmoud co-founded and served as CEO of Chai Insurance from September 2019 to November 2020. Earlier career experience includes working as a Product Manager at Cequens from 2017 to 2019. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine, awarded in 2015.
