Riaz Momand

Riaz Momand has a background in compliance engineering and has worked in the field for over a decade. Riaz most recently served as a Sr. Compliance Engineer at FreeWave Technologies, where they were responsible for worldwide RF-wireless, EMC, and Safety Compliance and certifications of the company's products. Prior to that, they worked at Brocade as an EMC hardware regulatory Compliance Engineer and at Juniper Networks as an EMC Test, Compliance, and QA engineer. Riaz's first role in the industry was at NTS - National Technical Systems, where they worked as an EMC engineer and was responsible for performing EMC/EMI testing on various types of equipment. Throughout their career, Riaz has acquired in-depth knowledge and experience of worldwide EMC standards, testing, reports, and certifications. Riaz has also gained expertise in troubleshooting and mitigating EMI issues.

Riaz Momand completed their pre-engineering studies at Edwardes High School in Peshawar from 1994 to 1997. Following this, they attended the University of Engineering & Technology in Peshawar from 1997 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
