Deborah Gainer

Deborah Gainer is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across notable companies. Currently serving as Executive Director of Human Resources at FreeWheel since May 2024, Deborah previously held positions such as Senior Director of Human Resources at Comcast and roles including Senior Human Resources Manager and Director of Human Resources at Technicolor, where Deborah led HR efforts for the Intellectual Property & Licensing business unit. Earlier in her career, Deborah worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Group9, Inc. and supported multiple teams at Comcast, including Xfinity Mobile and Technology, Product and Experience. Deborah holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, where Deborah achieved a 4.0 GPA, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in HR from Holy Family University, earning a 3.92 GPA.
