Karla Rt Miele

Karla RT Miele has extensive work experience in project management and client services. Karla RT started their career at NewSpring Church in 2003, where they held various roles such as Events Director, Executive Assistant, Creative Arts Coordinator, and Volunteer Coordinator. In these positions, Karla successfully planned and oversaw events of various sizes, managed budgets, and coordinated volunteer teams.

In 2012, Karla joined FreeWheel, where they have held several management positions. Karla RT started as an Office Manager, overseeing office workflow procedures and organizing office events. Karla RT then transitioned to the role of Client Services Associate Manager, where they managed client projects, assisted account executives, and conducted client trainings. Karla later became a Client Services Manager, developing and maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating with internal departments to implement client projects.

In 2017, Karla was promoted to Manager, Project Management, where they led a team of project managers, defined best practices, and measured and reported on project efficiency. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Manager, Project Management, further strengthening their skills in managing and coaching project managers.

Most recently, Karla served as the Director, Project Management, responsible for setting up the Project Management Office (PMO) structure, hiring and managing staff, and overseeing project prioritization and delegation. Their role also included setting performance goals and conducting individual performance reviews.

Karla's experience demonstrates their strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as their ability to manage projects and build relationships with clients.

Karla RT Miele completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Divinity/Ministry from Anderson University (SC) from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended South Aiken High School from 1996 to 2000.
