Traci Brandon

Traci Brandon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical support, training, and documentation management within the digital media industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Supply Training at FreeWheel since April 2014, Traci has previously held roles including Global Client Solutions Trainer and Senior Service Engineer. Prior to FreeWheel, Traci worked as a Knowledge-Centered Support professional and consultant, providing expertise in documentation and content management. Traci's earlier experience includes significant roles at Microsoft, Getty Images, and Corbis, where contributions to process improvements, training, and metadata management were pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and client service. Traci holds a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from New York University, where Traci was a Presidential Scholar.
