Valerie D'Aquila

Valerie D'Aquila has over 15 years of professional web development experience. Valerie began their career in 2005 as a Web Developer for MOTU, a small music hardware and software company. In the same year, they also worked as a Web Developer for Infinite Media Corp., an ad agency. In 2007, they moved to IDG Enterprise as a Senior Web Producer. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer (Senior UI Developer) for Staples, and then moved to IDG Communications as Lead Front-End Developer. In 2015, they joined Foundry (formerly IDG Communications) as Manager, Front-End Development, where they developed new functionality, performed break fixes, and code-reviewed others' work for the company's homegrown Java-based CMS and the JSP templates for the outward facing websites. Valerie is currently employed as a Senior Web Developer and Senior Software Engineer at FreeWill.

Valerie D'Aquila graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
