Stefanie Schrade

Stefanie Schrade has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stefanie began their career at EurAupair in 2011, where they worked as an Au Pair for a year. Stefanie then went on to join infoNetwork GmbH, Mediengruppe RTL in 2013, working in Content Services and Rechte & Lizenzen as a student, before interning at RTL Nachtjournal as part of the Redaktion team. In 2015, Stefanie joined WDR as a Redaktionsassistenz for Lokalzeit aus Köln while still a student. Stefanie then gained experience in corporate branding and communications as an intern at FOND OF GmbH from 2017 to 2018.

In 2018, Stefanie joined freeyou AG as a Community Manager, responsible for managing and engaging with the company's community. Stefanie later took on the role of Digital Brand & UX Design Specialist, where they developed and implemented a cohesive branding strategy for freeyou across all digital channels, coordinated agency activities for website design, and gained proficiency in agile methods. In 2020, Stefanie became the Digital Process Specialist at freeyou, focusing on optimizing digital processes within the company. Stefanie is currently serving as the Product Owner, leveraging their expertise and skills in managing and delivering products for freeyou AG.

Stefanie Schrade's education history begins with their completion of high school at Gymnasium Nepomucenum Rietberg in 2011, where they obtained their Abitur. After that, they attended Sojourner-Douglass College from 2011 to 2012, focusing on American Language and Government.

Subsequently, Stefanie enrolled in the University of Cologne and earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Medienkulturwissenschaft / Medienmanagement in 2015. Stefanie went on to pursue their Master of Arts degree in the same field at the University of Cologne from 2015 to 2018.

In terms of additional certifications, Stefanie acquired a certification as a Certified UX & Usability Specialist from XDi - Experience Design Institut in September 2019. Stefanie also obtained the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in March 2023.
