Clara Clark Nevola

Clara Clark Nevola is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data protection and privacy law. Currently a Group Manager and Principal Policy Advisor (Technology) at the Information Commissioner's Office since March 2022, Clara previously served as a Data Protection & Privacy Associate and Privacy Counsel during a six-month secondment at Bird & Bird. Clara's legal career began with training as a Solicitor at Bird & Bird, focusing on data protection, intellectual property, and tax, including a secondment in the Paris Data Protection team. Earlier roles include tutoring at Imperial Student Tutors, mentoring at Imperial College London, and internships at the Natural History Museum and University of Rome "La Sapienza." Clara holds a Biology BSc from Imperial College London and completed the Legal Practice Course and Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP Law School.
