Dr. Gilad Rosner

Dr. Gilad Rosner is a prominent expert in digital identity, privacy, and data protection, currently serving as a member of the ICO Technology Advisory Panel and the Technology Advisory Panel Pool of Experts at the Information Commissioner's Office. As the founder of Protos DPO Services, Dr. Rosner provides data protection officer and GDPR compliance services, along with consultancy in digital identity and privacy. Additionally, Dr. Rosner founded the Internet of Things Privacy Forum to address privacy challenges related to connected devices. With a diverse background that includes roles at Liminal, the UK Cabinet Office's Privacy & Consumer Advocacy Group, and international projects through Consult Hyperion, Dr. Rosner has also held research positions at esteemed institutions such as the Horizon Digital Economy Research Institute and UC Berkeley. Dr. Rosner holds a PhD in Digital Economy from the University of Nottingham and has completed advanced studies at the University of Oxford and New York University.
