Finbar Rose

Finbar Rose has a diverse work experience in the agriculture and operations industry. Finbar began their career in 2014 as a Nursery Specialist at North Manly Garden Centre, where they were responsible for plant care, monitoring, and sales. In 2017, they worked as a Research Assistant at INFARM for a brief period. Finbar then joined INFARM again in 2018 as a Launch Operations Specialist, where they developed and managed training programs for new production employees and oversaw the setup of new operation systems in different markets. Finbar also played a key role in the company's expansion projects. In 2022, they joined tupu as the Farm Operations Manager, overseeing all operational aspects, including mushroom cultivation and team management. Currently, Finbar holds the position of Operations Manager at FreezeM starting from 2023.

Finbar Rose pursued their education starting in 2012 at TAFE NSW, where they obtained a diploma in Conservation and Land Management with a focus on land care and ecology. Finbar then continued their studies at Macquarie University from 2013 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Sciences.
