Sabrina Kelley

Sabrina Kelley has extensive experience as a Software Support Specialist at Dataworks Development, Inc. (Freezerworks) since September 2016, where responsibilities include leading customer implementations for laboratory management software, developing training materials, and conducting on-site visits for customer training and optimization. Sabrina also initiated a successful upgrade campaign, significantly increasing adoption rates and annual renewals. Previous roles at Dataworks include Sales Assistant, managing barcoding sales, and Customer Care Representative, overseeing support and renewal programs. Prior to that, Sabrina served as Regional Assistant Manager and Shift Supervisor at Papa Murphy's International, demonstrating strong leadership and operational skills. Sabrina holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Edmonds College.
