Ieuan Rosser

Ieuan Rosser has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Ieuan began their career at Randstad, where they worked as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and Key Account Manager from 2000 to 2005. Ieuan then joined Abacus Recruitment & Training Services (UK) Ltd as a Branch Manager from 2005 to 2007.

In 2008, Rosser joined Smart Solutions Recruitment as a Managing Director. During their tenure, they successfully promoted the growth of the business, achieving a turnover of over £90 million and managing a team of 250 direct staff and over 6000 flexible staff engaged daily. The company also received recognition, winning the fast growth 50 award multiple times.

Currently, Rosser is serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Freight Logistics Solutions (FLS), a leading provider of end-to-end supply chain transport solutions in the UK. Under their leadership, FLS aims to improve and enhance client's transport service levels while reducing environmental impact and costs.

Ieuan Rosser attended the University of Wales, Newport from 1997 to 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Information Technology.
