Kevin Hosty

Kevin Hosty, CPA, has had a diverse range of work experiences. Kevin started their career as a Member Service Associate at Illinois State University in 2013. Kevin then worked as a Bank Treasury Co-Op Analyst at State Farm in 2014. Following that, Kevin joined Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, where they served as a Staff Accountant from 2015 to 2016, and later as a Senior Accountant from 2016 to 2019. Most recently, Kevin has been working at FreightCar America, Inc., where they started as a Senior Accountant in 2019, then became an Accounting Manager from 2021 to 2022, and currently holds the position of Director Of Accounting.

Kevin Hosty, CPA, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Illinois State University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, they briefly studied International Management at ICN Business School in Metz, France. Prior to university, Kevin attended St. Laurence High School from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, in January 2018, they earned a Licensed Certified Public Accountant certification from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
