Melissa Lopez

Melissa Lopez has extensive experience in global trade and import-export operations. Currently serving as Global Trade Manager at FreightCar America, Inc. since April 2021, Lopez previously held the role of Import-Export Coordinator. Prior to this, Lopez worked at Industrias Metálicas de Monclova S.A de C.V as Coordinador de Importación y Exportación from May 2017 to April 2021, and at Speco Wind Power in the position of Procurement - Customs Clearance for a brief period in early 2017. Lopez's expertise includes managing national and international purchase orders, customs brokerage, transportation, and rail coordination. Educationally, Lopez holds a Licenciatura in Negocios internacionales/Comercio internacional from Universidad Vizcaya de las Américas, completed in 2020.
