Dipika Dholi, PMP®, CSM has over 12 years of work experience in the IT industry. Dipika started their career in 2009 as an Application Programmer at Tata Consultancy Services, working on the Next Generation Experience (NGE) project for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, using Spring Framework, Apache CXF Framework, Hibernate, Struts, and Oracle.

In 2012, they joined novaCITYNETS Pte. Ltd. as a Project Lead, working on the Construction and Real Estate Network (CORENET) project for the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in Singapore, using Java, J2EE, Ext JS, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, WebLogic, Maven, and MSSQL. Dipika also worked on the ERA (Enterprise and Registry Archival) project for the Land & Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore, using Java, J2EE, Ext JS, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, WebLogic, SOLR, YAJSW, Maven, and Oracle, and the GENIE (Green Intelligent E-System) project for the Legal Aid Bureau (LAB) in Singapore, using Java, J2EE, Ext JS, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, EJB, WebLogic, Maven, and MSSQL.

In 2018, Dipika Dholi joined The InteRisk Group as a Senior System Analyst, responsible for requirements gathering and analysis, assessing requirements and preparing cost estimates, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Dipika also worked as a Systems/Business Analyst, responsible for the same tasks.

Most recently, in 2021, Dipika Dholi joined FreightExchange as a Senior Full Stack Java Developer.

Dipika Dholi, PMP®, CSM has a comprehensive educational background. Dipika received their Master's Degree in Computer Applications from IPS Academy in Indore between 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Science from Govt. Holkar Science College A.B. Road, Indore between 2003 and 2006. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in February 2022, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Simplilearn in June 2019, a Managing Projects with Microsoft Project 2013 (MCTS) from Simplilearn in June 2019, a PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) from Simplilearn in June 2019, and a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in June 2016.
