Jason Parsons

Jason Parsons is a Senior Development Engineer at Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation, leading the technical project for the Jouley Electric School Bus Platform within the Freightliner Specialty Vehicles eMobility Group since September 2018. Previously, Jason served as a Senior Engineer in Cab Engineering at Daimler Trucks North America, where responsibilities included the design and development of heavy truck components and leading quality initiatives. Jason's career also encompasses extensive experience in project management and engineering roles at ClearEdge Power and UTC Power, focusing on materials characterization and cost reduction. Jason holds a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
