Shannon Edwards has extensive work experience in the logistics and software industries. Shannon is currently the Director of Customer Success at FreightWise, LLC, where they lead a team of logistics experts in helping clients manage logistic functions and achieve cost savings. Prior to that, Shannon worked at UPS for over 16 years, holding roles such as Solutions Manager and Solutions Engagement Supervisor. In these positions, they provided valuable solutions to clients across various industries, specializing in warehouse design and optimization, process optimization, and supply chain optimization. Shannon also has experience at SimplexGrinnell and Sarcom as a Software Specialist.
Shannon Edwards pursued higher education, starting their academic journey in 2001 at Columbus State Community College. Shannon completed their Associate Applied Science degree in Business Management in 2003. Afterward, they enrolled at Franklin University in the same year, where they dedicated herself towards obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership. Shannon successfully completed their studies at Franklin University in 2005.
