Lynette Jones

Lynette Jones has a comprehensive and extensive background in human resources. Lynette currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Fremantle Australia. Prior to this, they worked at Australian News Channel (Sky News) from 2017 to 2022, where they served as HR Director and General Manager, Human Resources. Before that, Lynette was the Head of People & Culture - Corporate at Foxtel from 2007 to 2017, where they partnered with executive directors and provided insights on developing a people and culture plan. Lynette also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Foxtel from 2007 to 2011. Lynette's experience includes a role as Head of Human Resources at TAL Life from 1999 to 2003, where they led an HR team and implemented HR solutions to optimize business performance. At AMP, they were the Human Resources Manager for Corporate & Industry Superannuation & Hillross in 1998. Lastly, Lynette was the Human Resources Manager at TOWER Australia Limited from 1996 to 1998, where they provided consultancy services on HR issues and managed the performance management system.

Between the years 1982 and 1986, Lynette Jones pursued a degree in Business at the University of Technology Sydney. During this time, they focused on Human Resource Management and Accounting, completing a double major in these fields.
