Nick Sinclair

Nick Sinclair is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in business affairs and legal roles across various companies. Currently serving as Co-Head of Business Affairs & Legal at Fremantle Australia since November 2019, Nick previously held positions as Senior Business Affairs & Legal Executive at both Fremantle Australia and Easy Tiger Productions. Prior experience includes Senior Counsel at Matchbox Pictures Pty Ltd, Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons, and Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges. Nick began legal career as a Lawyer at Allens and participated in a secondment to Vodafone Hutchison Australia. Earlier roles include Corporate Counsel at Vodafone Australia and reporting for Dow Jones Newswires. Academically, Nick holds a Bachelor of Laws from UNSW, a Graduate Diploma in Journalism from Concordia University, and a BA (Hons) in Economics and History from Queen's University.
