Luke Ward

Luke Ward is an HR Manager at Fremantle, having previously held key HR roles at several organizations including Smythson of Bond Street and Evolutions. With a strong foundation in HR best practices from their experience at Dogs Trust, Luke focuses on employee experience and has a passion for equity, diversity, and inclusion. They hold a degree from the University of Bristol and a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management. In addition to their professional roles, Luke is an active member of ProudHR, supporting the LGBTQ+ community within the HR field.
