Wayne Lovell

Wayne Lovell is a seasoned professional in the media industry with extensive experience in archive research and licensing. Since June 2006, Wayne has held the position of Senior Account Manager - Archive at Fremantlemedia, where responsibilities include managing and developing relationships with global clients, alongside researching and licensing clips from a substantial back catalogue of over 100,000 hours. Prior to this role, Wayne served at ITN from March 1999 to 2006, first as an Archive Clip Sales Executive, focusing on corporate and non-broadcast sectors, and previously as a News Assistant/Producer, managing various technical and editorial tasks in a fast-paced newsroom setting. Wayne's career began at L!ve TV, Trinity Mirror Group, from 1996 to 1999, as a Technical Assistant and camera operator for live shows. Academically, Wayne holds a BA Hons in Media Practices and Video Production from the University of Bedfordshire, as well as A Levels in Psychology and Communication Studies from Weston College of Further Education.
