Ashminder Singh

Ashminder Singh is a Partner and co-Head of Fremont Realty Capital. He is jointly responsible for all aspects of the firm’s investment strategy, asset management activities, talent development initiatives, capital formation work, and risk management strategy.

Prior to joining Fremont, Mr. Singh was an Analyst in the Real Estate and Lodging Investment Banking Group at Bank of America Securities. During his time at Bank of America Securities, he worked on mergers/acquisitions and capital raising transactions with public and private real estate investment trusts and real estate operating companies.

Mr. Singh received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.
