Berit Ashla is an accomplished philanthropy professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Philanthropy Director at Fremont Group since January 2022, Berit previously held the position of Vice President at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors from September 2014 to January 2022, where the focus was on facilitating effective philanthropy. Berit also served as Executive Director of The David Brower Center, leading initiatives at the intersection of art, environment, and social justice, and was the Philanthropic Director at Foundation Source, advising clients on foundation strategy.
