Joel Bush, CIC, CPM has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Joel began their career in 2004 as an Insurance Analyst at ISO, where they gained valuable knowledge and skills. In 2006, they joined The American Association of Insurance Services (AAIS) as a Product Development specialist, contributing to the organization's growth for eight years. In 2014, Joel joined Fremont Insurance Company. Joel started as a Product Analyst and steadily progressed to Senior Product Management Analyst and Underwriting Manager, Personal Lines. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Product Management and Personal Lines Underwriting. Throughout their various roles, Joel has demonstrated their expertise in product development, underwriting, and strategic management.

Joel Bush, CIC, CPM, obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Following their undergraduate education, they attended Grand Valley State University, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. In terms of certifications, Joel received the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research in June 2018. Joel also holds a Property & Casualty Resident Producer License from the State of Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services, obtained in March 2015. Additionally, Joel obtained the Certified Product Manager certification from AIPMM in August 2014 and the T.E.A.M. Certification from the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC) in December 2013.
