Fremont Street Experience
Jose Serrano is an experienced project supervisor at Circa Resort & Casino since October 2020, and has been involved in canopy maintenance at Fremont Street Experience since September 2013. Previously, Jose worked at The D Casino Hotel Las Vegas as DLVEC from February 2017 to June 2023. Jose's background includes a decade of service in the United States Air Force as an electrician from 2003 to May 2013, where responsibilities included designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems. Jose holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Ashford University and two Associate's Degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus and the Community College of the Air Force.
