Nico Roney

Nico Roney has a diverse and extensive work experience. Nico started their career as a Combat Medic and Class VIII Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge in the US Army from November 2004 to January 2008. During this time, Nico demonstrated exceptional medical skills under pressure and in combat situations. Nico received recognition for their achievements in the form of the Combat Medic Badge.

After their service in the army, Nico joined the US Army again in November 2009 as a Multi-Function Team Leader and Company Executive Officer, where they led a 19-member team specializing in intelligence operations in northern Iraq. Nico was responsible for directing daily operations, maintenance, and logistical support for a 100-Soldier intelligence organization. Nico's leadership skills were instrumental in protecting key infrastructure in Iraq and achieving US strategic objectives in the Middle East.

In 2013, Nico transitioned to the Army Special Forces (Airborne) and served as the Director of Intelligence for a Special Operations Task Force in Afghanistan. Nico directed a 63-member intelligence support element, creating a shared understanding across Special Operations Units in politically sensitive areas. Nico also managed intelligence analysis and resourcing for over 175 combat operations, using project management tools and briefings to ensure successful execution.

Following their time in the Army Special Forces, Nico worked at Tech Qualled as an Account Executive Candidate for a brief period in 2016. Nico then joined Veytec Inc as an Account Executive, where they excelled in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets from December 2016 to March 2020.

In 2020, Nico joined Amazon as an Operations Manager, leading a team and overseeing operational efficiency until December 2021.

Currently, Nico Roney is the Division President at French Brothers starting from December 2021.

Nico Roney attended Saint Martin's University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government.
