Born on August 2, 1963 in Saint-Nazaire (Loire-Atlantique) to a boxing champion father, Philippe Diallo opted for another passion, that of football. A former FC Nantes player, he retains precious memories of the teaching of Raynald Denoueix and Jean-Claude Suaudeau, major references to Nantes-style play and French training. The one who is general manager of the union of the Union of professional clubs (UCPF), single judge at FIFA and president of the Social Council of the Sports Movement (CoSMoS) has a fine knowledge of the institutions and the economy of football.
