Christina Grimes has extensive experience in casino marketing and player services, currently serving as Casino Marketing Manager at French Lick Resort since June 2007. In this role, Christina oversees the player services program, manages the player development team, and coordinates casino events, while also determining training needs for staff. Prior positions include Assistant Player Services/Casino Host Manager, where responsibilities involved supervising the Player Services and Casino Host teams, and Casino Host, focusing on guest services and promoting the Resort Rewards Card. Christina began their career at French Lick Resort & Casino as a Player Services Representative. Educational background includes attendance at Eastern Kentucky University from 2000 to 2003 and graduation from Nelson County High School in 1999.
