Gilbert Morlet

Gilbert Morlet serves as the Directeur Institut Régional de Formation Sanitaire et Sociale and Directeur Régional Croix-Rouge Compétence Grand Est at Croix-Rouge française and Croix-Rouge Compétence, respectively, since February 2021.
