Julien Vanhaesebrouck

Julien Vanhaesebrouck currently serves as the Directeur délégué National Gestion Opérationnelle RH & QVT / DRH France at Croix-Rouge française, overseeing HR operations for various activities while managing HR teams across multiple sectors. Previously, Julien held roles at Air France, including Responsable politique Emploi, GEPP, et développement RH, where responsibilities encompassed defining HR policies, managing employment agreements, and overseeing learning and development initiatives. Julien also worked as Responsable Ressources Humaines, managing HR for 1,100 employees and supporting operational management. Additionally, Julien contributed to HR transformation projects and was certified as a consultant in psychosocial risk prevention. Earlier experience includes a role at Thales, focusing on the operational implementation of air navigation centers. Julien holds an engineering degree from ENAC - Ecole Nationale de l'Aviation Civile.
