Laurie Decreuse

Laurie Decreuse currently serves as the Responsable Formation IDF at Croix-Rouge française since July 2018. Prior to this role, Laurie worked as Chargée de Formation et Développement RH at OPCA INTERGROS from March 2014 to July 2018, and held the position of Chargée de Formation et Recrutement at BTP Consultants from October 2011 to December 2013. Laurie's earlier experience includes working as Chargée de Missions RH at Gesec for a brief period in 2011 and at Hôpital Américain de Paris from October 2009 to June 2010. Laurie holds two Master 2 (M2) degrees, one in Management des RH et Stratégie d'entreprise from Institut d'Administration des Entreprises (IAE) de Tours, and another in Psychologie du Travail et des Organisations from Université de Tours.
